How To Install Apple iOS 14.5 Public Beta Version

How to install Apple iOS 14.5 beta Version

Follow the steps to upgrade your Apple iPhone to iOS 14.5 public beta

To start with such update changes, we recommend you to take a backup of your iPhone via Mac OS.

1. Visit beta.apple.com from your iPhone
2. Scroll down, find the “Sign up” section, and register yourself using your AppleID. If you already have an account, then tap on the “Sign in” on the top-right corner.
3. Choose iOS from the top, and then swipe down to select “enroll your iOS device”;
4. Now, again swipe down and tap on “Download profile”;
5. To confirm, tap on Allow and then click on Close;

   

6. Next, you need to open the settings and on top click on “Profile Downloaded”;

   

7. Tap on the Install;
8. When prompted, choose Restart to finish the installing of public beta profile;

   

9. Once the iPhone reboots, go to Settings → General → Software Update;
10. You will see the iOS 14.5 beta update appear, tap on the “Download and Install”;

    

11. Next, you need to follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation of iOS 14.5 public beta profile.

How To Remove the public beta version

The most convenient way to remove the public beta version, is to delete the beta profile you created.
Here’s what to do:

1. On your iPhone go to Settings → General;
2. Then tap “Profiles & Device Management”.
3. Tap the “iOS 14.5 beta Software Profile”.
4. Tap on the “Remove Profile”,
5. And restart your iPhone.
